A recognized IPS is currently seeking a committed **Speech-Language Pathologist**, with a service-oriented vocation and a focus on humanized care, to join our team in **Chía**. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive speech-language pathology assessments of patients. * Design, implement, and monitor therapeutic intervention plans. * Document patient care in the clinical record according to institutional guidelines. * Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments as appropriate. * Provide guidance to patients, family members, and caregivers regarding the therapeutic process. * Ensure safe, humanized, and high-quality care. * Comply with institutional protocols, biosafety standards, and other IPS guidelines. * Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and support quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Contribute to achieving institutional clinical goals and established performance indicators. Job Conditions: * **Work Schedule:** 46 hours per week (overtime is compensated). * **Salary:** $2\.700\.000\. * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract with all statutory benefits. * **Probation Period:** 2 months. * **Work Location:** Chía.
