Our mission is to decarbonize construction to improve living standards worldwide, alongside our 60,000 employees. **\#HolcimABS** **MASTER DATA ASSISTANT** You will be responsible for supporting the creation, modification, extension, reactivation, and blocking of supplier master data for Holcim operations, ensuring information reliability, complying with service-level agreements established with the business, and contributing to continuous operational improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Execute correct configuration of supplier or material master data to support the supply process flow, ensuring timely registration of information and operations. * Follow up with suppliers via communication channels to ensure required documentation for accurate SAP creation. * Update the supplier creation time-tracking report to maintain current information within departmental KPIs. **Work Location:** Medellín / Hybrid **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical, technological, or university student from the fifth semester onwards in administrative or engineering programs. * Experience in customer service (back office). * Basic proficiency in office tools and G Suite. * Intermediate Excel skills.
