




Job Summary: This role aims to ensure stable operation of the Salesforce platform and well-organized release management, covering administration, quality control, and support. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Salesforce administration, release management, and operations. 2. Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud and CI/CD tools. 3. Focus on security, data governance, and cross-functional coordination. **Purpose of the Role** Ensure stable operation of the Salesforce platform (Salesforce Core, Data Cloud, and Agentforce) and maintain orderly release management: environment control, permissions, changes, quality, deployments, and post-production support. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Platform Administration** User, profile, and permission set management; data access control; implementation of security policies; auditing and compliance. **Release Management** Planning and coordination of changes; version control; management of deployment windows; execution of releases; rollback plans; and stakeholder communication. **Quality Control** Validation of changes in sandbox/UAT environments; execution of go-live checklists; basic functional testing; and post-deployment monitoring. **Operations and Support** Incident management; root cause analysis; continuous process improvement; operational documentation; and internal training. ### **Hard Requirements** * 3+ years of experience as a **Salesforce Admin / Release Manager / Platform Ops**. * Exposure to **Salesforce Data Cloud** (access, monitoring, data activation, and data governance). * Experience with **CI/CD or deployment tools**: DevOps Center, Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps, or Git. * Solid knowledge of **Salesforce security and governance**: roles, permissions, sharing, data classification, and auditing. * Strong **organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills**.
