We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team in Colombia. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and process optimization in a fast\-paced technology and e\-commerce environment. What You’ll Do: * Plan and manage orders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment. * Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and data updates. * Analyze order data to identify trends and improve processes. * Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to solve issues and streamline operations. What We’re Looking For: * 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Order Management, or Inventory Planning (tech, distribution, or e\-commerce preferred). * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. * Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and WMS. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
