Position Summary: Plans, coordinates, executes, and monitors occupational health and safety (OHS) activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting safe working conditions on the project. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. 2. Identify hazards, assess risks, and establish safety controls. 3. Conduct occupational health and safety (OHS) training and awareness activities. Position: Occupational Health and Safety Professional (OHS) Location: Medina, Cundinamarca Position Objective: Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor activities related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and promoting safe conditions for project execution. Main Responsibilities: * Implement and monitor the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS). * Identify hazards, assess risks, and establish controls to prevent occupational incidents and accidents. * Verify compliance with OHS standards and procedures during project execution. * Conduct safety inspections and field visits. * Conduct OHS training, induction, and awareness activities. * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Investigate occupational incidents and accidents and follow up on corrective actions. * Prepare reports, records, and documentation related to OHS. * Identify unsafe acts and conditions and propose preventive and corrective actions. * Support operational activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols. * Assist in implementing emergency response plans and prevention activities. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position.
