This role is responsible for providing structure, visibility, and control to initiatives by coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the proper implementation of solutions impacting logistics operations. Required Profile We seek a highly organized, structured, and results-oriented professional capable of managing multiple initiatives in parallel and bridging technical and operational teams. The candidate must be a facilitator who drives execution, anticipates risks, and maintains constant visibility into project status. Main Responsibilities Lead logistics projects from definition through implementation. Plan and monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Manage backlog and area requirements. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, BI, operations, business). Ensure traceability, change control, and documentation. Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, managing their resolution. Support initiative prioritization with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with methodologies (agile, hybrid, or traditional).
