Coordinate testing activities and defect tracking We are looking for a **QA Analyst / Functional Testing Lead** to join our team and lead the testing strategy for a technology project with Salesforce components. We seek an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented individual capable of coordinating functional validation processes and ensuring delivery quality throughout the project lifecycle. ##### **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and tracking the project’s testing strategy, ensuring the quality of delivered functionalities and proper validation of business processes. ##### **Responsibilities** * Analyze functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Design test scenarios and test cases according to project scope. * Execute functional, integration, regression, end\-to\-end, and acceptance tests. * Coordinate testing activities with key users, technical teams, and stakeholders. * Log, document, and track defects and incidents. * Generate progress reports, test coverage reports, risk assessments, and blockers. * Ensure traceability among requirements, test cases, evidence, and defects. * Support incident prioritization based on functional impact. * Participate in functional review sessions, demos, and validations. * Propose continuous improvements to quality assurance processes. * Validate processes related to Salesforce Field Service Cloud where applicable ##### **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, functional testing, and QA. * Experience in designing and executing test cases. * Analysis of user stories and functional requirements. * Functional, regression, integration, and end\-to\-end testing. * SQL knowledge for data validation. * Defect management and tracking. * Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, or similar tools. * Documentation of test evidence and results. * Validation of functional flows and requirement traceability. ##### **Desirable** * Experience or knowledge of Salesforce. * Experience or knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Cloud. * Understanding of work order processes, resource allocation, field technicians, scheduling, and dispatching. * Testing of integrations between Salesforce and other systems. * Basic Postman usage and API validation. * Experience in CRM projects. * ISTQB, Scrum Foundation, or Salesforce certifications. * Experience interacting with clients or end users.
