




**Scope:** The Sales Analyst, will support the local S2G Planning and Sales team and will report directly to the Business Planner. The Analyst’s role will be one of overall sales support with a focus on account level product planning, operations, and reporting. This individual will be responsible for generating sales and product planning reports and analysis, including sell\-in and sell\-thru forecasts, sales projections, inventory reports, etc. This individual will be involved in generating account\-specific reports, and will track results of specific retail investments and promotions. **Responsibilities:** * Download the sell thru and the inventory of each retailer in the retailer´s system * Support in maintaining healthy inventory stock levels at all store locations * Generate weekly and monthly sales and product planning reports and analysis * Consolidate and submit monthly sell\-in and sell\-thru forecasts * Consolidate and submit all the proofs of performance of each local and regional promotion * Develop a sku\-level inventory and demand report by retailer on a weekly and/or monthly basis * Provide overall sales projections, as well as actual and projected inventory level reports **Requirements:** * Candidates should have (1\-2 years) experience as a sales analyst in a consumer goods related position * A bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance or equivalent experience is preferred * The individual should be a team player with effective communication and analytical skills * Advanced Excel skills * Highly analytical skills * Bilingual in English and Spanish
