Job Summary: Design and govern the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce, ensuring data quality, security, and scalability for agent use cases and audience activation. Guide technical decisions and document architecture for stakeholders. **Role Purpose** --------------------- Design and govern the end\-to\-end architecture of **Salesforce Data Cloud** and **Agentforce**, ensuring data quality, security, scalability, compliance, and business adoption—especially for agent use cases and audience activation. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Define the target architecture across **Data Cloud, CRM, and integrations**, as well as standards for data modeling, identity, activation, governance, and security. * Lead the design of **Agentforce** use cases—including intents, tools/actions, knowledge sources, and guardrails—ensuring traceability to trusted data. * Design data integration and synchronization via **batch/stream ingestion**, connectors, APIs, events, **MDM/Identity Resolution**, and consent management. * Ensure observability and operational practices—including monitoring, performance, cost management, change control, and go\-live readiness. * Guide technical decisions, architecture documentation, and alignment with technical and business stakeholders. **Hard Requirements** -------------------- * 5\+ years of experience in **Salesforce**, in architecture or tech lead roles. * Hands-on experience with **Data Cloud**, including models, ingestion, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation. * Experience designing agents using **Agentforce** or similar frameworks—with emphasis on security, quality, and user experience. * Strong integration expertise: **APIs, events, ETL/ELT, data quality, and security**. * Solid documentation and technical leadership skills—including workshops, ADRs, and blueprints. **Desirable** ------------- * Salesforce certifications such as **Data Cloud, Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect**, among others. * Experience in **telecom, B2B**, or domains involving complex data—e.g., churn, ARPU, campaigns, or customer 360\. * Experience with **DevOps Center, CI/CD**, and testing frameworks.
