City: CHIA Contract type: Project-based or labor contract Start date: Immediate · We offer: Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) Legal transportation allowance: CURRENT LEGAL ALLOWANCE Mobility allowance: $250,000 Commissions: Up to $250,000 for KPI achievement (performance-based) Statutory benefits Job stability Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (availability for 2 Sundays per month); travel availability if required to nearby towns May vary depending on the channel 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 8-hour shifts according to point of sale. What will be your mission? Route execution across different channels (modern trade, independent stores, self-service outlets, and wholesalers) Product replenishment and rotation Planogram management Displays and POP materials Order placement and inventory control Handling returns, pricing, and expiration dates Work inside refrigerated units Candidate profile we seek: Minimum 6 months of experience in marketing within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) (Experience as a merchandising promoter, shelf-stocking operator, or multi-skilled assistant with marketing knowledge applies) Knowledge of planograms and in-store execution Desirable experience in beverages or dairy products Results-oriented mindset and negotiation skills at the point of sale Basic understanding of KPIs and digital tools If you seek stability, additional income through commissions, and the opportunity to join a leading company, apply now!
