Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations and Production Assistant to support the production line, warehouse logistics, and tool handling, with experience in metal-mechanical industry. Accompaniment on delivery routes and dispatches JOB POSTING: OPERATIONS AND PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (Tocancipá) We are looking for operational staff with experience in the metal-mechanical sector to join our production team at the Tocancipá plant. What will you do with us? You will provide essential support on the production line and in warehouse logistics, responsible for: Supporting assembly processes and manual tool handling. Preparing raw materials and products for sales orders. Loading and unloading of materials and finished goods. Basic inventory control (physical counts) and warehouse organization. Accompaniment on delivery routes and dispatches. What profile are we looking for? Education: High school diploma with technical knowledge in metal-mechanics. Experience: Minimum 6 months in operational tasks, production processes, or warehouse operations. Skills: Responsibility, teamwork, and excellent physical condition for moderate effort (loading/unloading). Additional requirements: Male, over 30 years old (preferred). Position Conditions: Salary: $1,800,000 + Statutory benefits. Workplace: Tocancipá, Cundinamarca. Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
