Job Summary: We are seeking a technician/professional in social benefits, payroll, or human resources to manage key processes at a bottling plant. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment at a major bottling plant A major bottling plant is currently seeking the following profile: Technician/Professional in social benefits, payroll, human resources, or administrative fields. Minimum 4 years of experience. Proficiency in payroll processing, payroll registers, parafiscal contributions, calculation of overtime hours, settlement of social benefits and social security, management of medical leaves, among others. Preferably experienced with SIESA software and intermediate Excel skills. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, flexible schedule (one Saturday per month) Salary: $2,500,000 + statutory benefits. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technological program 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 38 years Keywords: analyst
