Opportunity for stability and growth JOB POSTING: PLANT OPERATOR · A food-sector company is looking for a committed and responsible Plant Operator to join our production team. The selected candidate will play a key role in packaging and preparation activities, ensuring product quality and safety. · LOCATION: La Mezquita Farm, San Isidro Village · SCHEDULES: Rotating shifts (full availability for rotation): · 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. · 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. · 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. · MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Prepare required packaging materials according to the production schedule. · Support setup of packaging machines. · Verify production batches and manufacturing dates. · Coordinate with the warehouse staff for preparation and delivery of materials for packaging schedules. · Assist in completing operational forms and checklists. · Comply with established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures for contamination risk control. · Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. · Report incidents or deviations to the supervisor. · REQUIREMENTS: · Education: Completed high school diploma. · Experience: Preferably in production, packaging, or food handling processes (not mandatory). · Knowledge: · Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). · Basic handling of production tools and equipment. · Skills and attitudes: · Responsibility and commitment. · Teamwork and ability to work under supervision. · Attention to detail and adherence to procedures. · Adaptability to rotating shifts and dynamic environments. · Availability to work all three scheduled shifts (including weekends and holidays as per scheduling). · WE OFFER: · Salary: Current Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMLV) · Night, holiday, and Sunday surcharges as stipulated by law. · Transportation allowance. · All statutory benefits (health insurance, pension, occupational risk insurance [ARL], bonus, severance pay, vacation). · Training in production processes and GMP. · A safe work environment focused on quality. · Opportunity for stability and growth based on performance. · SELECTION PROCESS: · Resume review and verification of availability for rotating shifts. · Operational interview with plant supervision. · Induction into production processes and GMP. · Verification of personal or professional references. · DO YOU MEET THE PROFILE AND ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR ROTATING SHIFTS? -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary Basic Education 1 year of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator, piso, vivienda, inmobiliario, inmueble, condominio, edificio, planta, floor
