Attend to guest requests with courtesy and respect A prestigious hotel in Bogotá is seeking a Housekeeper with at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Objective: Ensure cleanliness, organization, hygiene, and proper presentation of assigned hotel rooms and areas, providing guests with a comfortable, safe, and pleasant environment in accordance with the company's established quality standards, service protocols, and procedures. Responsibilities: - Perform cleaning, disinfection, and organization of assigned rooms according to the hotel's quality standards. - Make beds, change bed linens, towels, and other laundry items as required. - Inspect the general condition of rooms before, during, and after cleaning. - Restock amenities, supplies, and complimentary items for guests. - Promptly report any issues related to damages, malfunctions, losses, or unsafe conditions found in rooms or common areas to the immediate supervisor. - Report lost or found guest belongings following the company's established procedure. - Maintain the housekeeping cart, equipment, tools, and assigned cleaning products in perfect order and cleanliness. - Comply with the organization's biosafety, occupational health, and safety protocols. - Respond courteously and respectfully to basic guest requests, guiding or referring guests to the appropriate department when necessary. - Clean and maintain assigned common areas such as hallways, staircases, lobbies, meeting rooms, and other hotel spaces. - Track and report room status (clean, pending, occupied, vacant, out-of-service). - Requirements: - Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education - 2 years of experience
