If you have experience in cost-related roles and possess knowledge relevant to the following responsibilities, this opportunity is for you. Main job responsibilities: Control and analyze food, beverage, and supply costs. Monitor inventories and identify discrepancies, shrinkage, or waste. Update and verify technical sheets and recipe costing. Prepare cost and profitability reports and indicators. Support sales pricing decisions based on costs and margins. Conduct inventory audits across various operational locations. Propose strategies to optimize resources and improve business profitability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in cost and inventory management, preferably within the gastronomic sector. Essential requirements: Inventory management and recipe costing skills. Knowledge of profitability indicators and Food Cost. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software.
