Your Responsibilities: - Monitor the chat for potential reservation requests from guests and partners. - Respond promptly to all calls and messages received on the corporate mobile phone. - Track pending electronic invoices to be issued to customers, jointly with the shift manager. - Plan your station before service begins, ensuring tools are ready: comment card, fully charged mobile phone, fully charged tablet, etc. - Excellent personal presentation and communication skills. - Register the guest’s name in Cover Manager to record their table assignment. - Collaborate closely with the service supervisor, continuously assessing restaurant occupancy to measure table turnover times; ensure organized and staggered guest arrivals according to restaurant needs and considering the waitlist. - Ensure proper guest reception (greeting and welcoming) throughout operations, as you serve as the first point of contact—the friendly and smiling face of the restaurant. - Escort guests to their assigned table and communicate the number of people at the table to the server. - Identify VIP guests, greet them by name, and prioritize and attend to them to further build loyalty. - Receive guests’ luggage, coats, suitcases, or handbags, providing friendly and warm service to deliver a personalized experience. Issue the corresponding receipt to the guest. - Prior to the guest concluding their experience, approach them warmly and provide the comment card to evaluate the service. - Experience: 1 year as a hostess, host, or promoter in fine-dining restaurants. - Minimum Education: High school diploma, technical, or technological degree in public relations/marketing or in hospitality and tourism. Conditions: - Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one day off per week (either weekday or weekend); shifts include opening and closing. - Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + Tips + Statutory Benefits.
