




Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare grilled meats, manage cooking times, prepare food, and ensure quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent customer service and teamwork Main Responsibilities (Kitchen Assistant): Preparation of meats for grilling and/or griddling. Ignition, temperature control, and operation of the grill. Appropriate management of cooking times and doneness levels according to customer requests. Preparatory food preparation (mise en place): cutting, portioning, and marinating. Quality control of products (freshness, flavor, and presentation). Maintaining order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the work area. Providing support in the kitchen as required. Basic inventory and supply control. Teamwork to meet service timing requirements. Requirements: Proven experience as a kitchen or grill assistant. Availability to work on weekends. Proactive attitude, responsibility, and agility. Excellent customer service and teamwork. Availability to attend an interview. Working Conditions: Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV), prorated by days worked. Biweekly payments. Weekend shifts. Excellent working environment.
