At Compensar—recognized as one of the most important organizations in the Family Compensation Fund sector—we are looking for a committed, organized, detail-oriented Logistics Assistant with a service-oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills, as well as adaptability to dynamic environments. What Are We Looking For? Academic Qualifications: Technical or technological studies in logistics or administration-related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months in logistics functions, such as inventory management, picking, and packing. Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, full-time commitment, and readiness to travel across all our locations. What Do We Offer? Competitive salary: COP $2,054,000 + statutory benefits + transportation allowance. Direct employment contract: Initial fixed-term contract for 6 months, with renewal potential and prospects for job stability. Working hours: 46 hours per week on rotating schedules (Sunday to Sunday), including one mid-week compensatory day.
