At Compensar—recognized as one of the most important organizations in the Family Compensation Fund sector—we are looking for a committed, organized, detail-oriented Logistics Assistant with a service-oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills, as well as good adaptability to dynamic environments. What Are We Looking For? Academic Background: Technical or technological studies in logistics or administration-related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months in logistics functions such as inventory management, picking, and packing. Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, full-time commitment, and travel across all our locations. What Do We Offer? Competitive Salary: COP $2,054,000 + statutory benefits + transportation allowance. Direct Contract: Initial fixed-term contract for 6 months, with possibility of renewal and prospects for job stability. Work Schedule: 46 hours per week on rotating shifts (Sunday to Sunday), including one weekday compensatory day off.
