Job Summary: We are seeking a Technological Media Operator to monitor security systems, report incidents, and coordinate communication. Key Highlights: 1. CCTV and alarm monitoring 2. Timely reporting of updates and incidents 3. Coordination of communication with operational staff **Required Profile** * High school diploma (technical training preferred). * Valid **Technological Media Operator** certification issued by an academy authorized by the **Superintendency of Private Security and Surveillance (SVSP)**. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in monitoring **CCTV, alarms, access control, and communication radios** (preferred). * Basic proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel). * Strong communication skills and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor **security camera (CCTV)** systems and alarms. * Operate and supervise assigned **technological security media**. * Timely report detected **updates, incidents, and events**. * Maintain monitoring logs and records. * Coordinate communication with supervisors and operational staff. * Comply with company and client-established protocols and procedures. **Competencies** * Attention and concentration. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Assertive communication. * Teamwork.
