Position Summary: Ensure the accuracy and control of physical and accounting inventory, guaranteeing that the system reflects operational reality and managing the meat transformation cycle. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Profile Objective: Ensure the accuracy and control of the company's physical and accounting inventory, guaranteeing that the system (Siigo) faithfully reflects operational reality. Manage the meat transformation cycle, control shrinkage, and ensure transparency of monthly closings. 1. Profile Requirements -Education: Technical degree or undergraduate student in Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. -Excel and systems: Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, logical formulas, and database linking). SIIGO PYME software knowledge preferred. (Knowledge test required) -Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in coordinating physical inventory counts and shrinkage control. 2. Main Responsibilities -Control and Reconciliation: Planning, coordination, and execution of the physical count of overall inventory at month-end; preparation and presentation of post-closing reports detailing and justifying variances, adjustments made, and shrinkage analysis. -Process Auditing: Supervise documentary traceability of receipts, transfers, and dispatches within the system. -Management of the monthly accounting cycle related to inventory costs, ensuring all operational movements are properly accrued. -Recording in SIIGO of production orders, inventory consumption, and raw material receipts. -Analyze raw material, labor, and manufacturing overhead costs. Identify areas for improvement and propose actions to reduce costs. Review invoices and accounting documents to ensure recording accuracy. 3. Proposed Conditions -Contract: Direct, indefinite-term employment contract with the company. -Salary: $1,950,905 -Working Hours: Monday to Friday. -Residence in Zipaquirá or nearby areas is desirable (do not apply if not met).
