




Join our team as a Quality Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing controls for food assessment programs, suppliers, art reviews, raw material specifications, packaging materials, and finished products. You will provide support on food quality and safety matters, ensuring compliance with established standards and promoting continuous improvement. This position is based at the Bogotá plant. **A glimpse of what you'll do:** Ensure and verify the proper execution of food evaluation procedures, keeping IDRM's updated and disseminated. Guarantee compliance with the supplier approval and control process, maintaining updated matrices and corresponding documentation. Coordinate supplier audits with external entities, as well as create and maintain technical data sheets for raw materials and packaging materials. Track and document corrective actions (SAC) related to raw materials and packaging materials. Provide floor support on quality matters, approve art on platform, ensure compliance metrics, and actively participate in the Quality \& Food Safety and MPS\&I Centers of Excellence under the KWS model. **We're looking for someone with:** **Education:** Technologist or student from seventh semester onward in Food Engineering, Food Quality, Industrial Production, or related fields. **Experience:** 1 to 2 years in production or quality areas, with basic knowledge of good manufacturing practices and quality standards. **Skills:** Ability to work with different organizational levels and suppliers, with a focus on service, problem resolution, and analysis. **Technical skills:** Proficiency with digital tools such as Power Apps and intermediate Excel, as well as creating digital content in presentations and videos. **Desirable:** Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4\.0, or OKRs.
