Position Description We are seeking a Design Apprentice to support the creative and brand team in executing campaigns, branding, and visual materials for B2B and B2C markets. This person will actively participate in creative processes, campaign coordination, and the operational organization of marketing and design projects. Key Responsibilities Branding and Brand Reputation Support strengthening the visual identity of the Open English and Open English Junior brands. Review visual consistency of logos, colors, typography, and graphic assets across various channels. Participate in supervising visual materials for campaigns and communications. B2C Campaigns and Promotions Support planning and execution of creative promotions and campaigns. Track design, production, editing, and campaign launch processes. Coordinate visual materials and operational support for filming and audiovisual content. Creative Strategies Participate in brainstorming and campaign conceptualization sessions. Support creation and review of graphic assets for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels. Collaborate with marketing, production, and design teams. Operations and Organization Organize digital folders, brand assets, and campaign materials. Track tickets, internal requests, and approval workflows. Maintain order and control over creative and operational documentation. Regional Oversight Support tracking of brand and marketing activities for Spain and other markets, ensuring visual and communicative alignment. Tools and Analytics Basic proficiency in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint. Support preparation of reports and tracking of basic campaign metrics. Use of tools such as ChatGPT and related technologies to optimize ideas and content. Candidate Profile Technician or technologist in Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. Organized, creative, proactive, and analytical individual. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in office and digital tools. Interest in the creative world, branding, and digital marketing. Key Skills Basic Microsoft Excel Office Suite (Word, Outlook) Google Sheets (preferred) Email management Organization and attention to detail Important Notes Must not have previously signed an apprenticeship contract. Must have authorization to begin internships. Availability to work 100% remotely.
