What will be your mission? You will serve as the initial engine of the sales process, responsible for generating business opportunities and scheduling high-value meetings for the corporate sales team. What will you do on a daily basis? Prospect companies in Latin America (cold outreach). Contact decision-makers (managers, directors, etc.). Schedule effective sales meetings. Follow up on leads and opportunities. Record activities in the CRM (Salesforce). Execute multichannel strategies: calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc. Support the sales team in growing B2B accounts. What are we looking for in you? Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or prospecting (call center, SDR, BDR, etc.). Experience with cold calling (B2B preferred). Excellent communication skills and objection handling. Strong results orientation. Organization, discipline, and resilience. Basic proficiency with digital tools (CRM experience is a plus).
