Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to record and analyze installments, prepayments, repurchases, and refinancings, ensuring the accuracy of accounting information. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for recording and analyzing accounting and financial information. 2. Support in accounting closings, tax settlements, and exogenous information. 3. Management of portfolio, investor, and payroll records. Job Offer: Accounting Analyst We are seeking an Accounting Analyst responsible for monthly recording of installments for both debtors and investors, prepayments, repurchases, and refinancings, performing analyses that ensure correct information recording, thereby minimizing errors and reprocessing. We offer: Contract: Indefinite-term contract. Base salary: $2,500,000 to $3,000,000 (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-site. Main Responsibilities: Validate and record the company's accounting, financial, and operational information. Perform bank reconciliations and analysis of accounting accounts. Review revenues, certificates, clearances, and other financial supporting documents. Support accounting closing processes, tax settlements, and exogenous information. Manage records related to portfolio, investors, payroll, and guarantee funds. Generate required reports and certificates for financial and accounting operations. Requirements: Technical degree, final-semester student, or professional in Public Accounting. Minimum 3 years of experience in related positions. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of ERP accounting software Oracle NetSuite. (Mandatory) Experience in account reconciliation, payroll processes, tax settlements, and preparation of exogenous information.
