




Job Summary: You will be responsible for increasing store productivity by implementing the brand's value proposition and guidelines to develop the business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the implementation of the sales strategy at retail outlets. 2. Activate retail outlets to generate higher foot traffic and transaction volume. 3. Enhance productivity to increase sales and profitability. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: BUSINESS DEVELOPER - DISENSA Your Role: You will be responsible for increasing store productivity—sales and profitability—through the correct and timely implementation of the value proposition, brand guidelines, marketing, and category management, always aligned with Disensa’s strategy. Your key challenges will be: -Ensure that the sales strategy for each category is implemented at retail outlets through joint layout design with marketing, in accordance with regional guidelines. -Activate retail outlets to generate higher foot traffic and transaction volume by promoting and executing marketing, trade marketing, and branding activities. -Enhance retail outlet productivity to increase sales and profitability levels through execution indicator management, identifying market opportunities while leveraging franchisee strengths. -Ensure a sustainable business and appropriate resource utilization by complying with financial and control policies and guidelines. -Execute the “Success Photo” initiative to bring stores to their ideal state, ensuring the best customer experience by auditing and promoting proper implementation of the value proposition. -Fulfill roles, responsibilities, and accountability requirements of applicable Management Systems. -Work Location: Cundinamarca, with national travel availability. -Mandatory Requirements: University degree in Engineering, Administration, Business, or related fields. -3 years of experience in roles such as Account Developer, Key Account Manager, or similar. -Knowledge of commercial performance metrics, retail outlet layouts, brand activations, and sell-out strategies. -Strategic and negotiation skills oriented toward growing the client’s business . -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree 3 years of experience Languages: Spanish Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: developer, programador
