Position Summary: We are seeking an Academic Coordinator/Pedagogue to strengthen pedagogical processes, implement educational support strategies, and guide educational teams in an Early Childhood project. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the strengthening of interdisciplinary pedagogical processes. 2. Design and implement educational support strategies. 3. Conduct follow-up and propose psychopedagogical interventions. Position: Academic Coordinator / Pedagogue Location: Cundinamarca / Facatativá / Bogotá (as per agreement) Project: Early Childhood Agreement – Cundinamarca Governorship Salary: $4,539,500 + statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Academic Qualifications: Professional degree in Education Sciences or Social and Human Sciences. For Bogotá Transitions: Specialization or Master’s degree in related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in designing, coordinating, and evaluating educational projects; supporting teachers; or strengthening pedagogical processes. Main Responsibilities: • Provide technical guidance to interdisciplinary teams to strengthen pedagogical processes. • Implement context-based pedagogical support strategies (MAS Model). • Guide and support educational agents, teachers, and pedagogical teams. • Design strategies to meet quality standards. • Conduct program follow-up, systematization, and reporting. • Propose psychopedagogical interventions and curriculum adaptations.
