Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Maintenance Assistant for a large Mass Events company, responsible for repairs, plumbing, painting, and gardening, with skills in hand and power tools. Position: Internal Maintenance Assistant Salary: COP $1,705,095 + Non-statutory bonus of COP $200,000 to COP $300,000 (depending on experience) + Statutory benefits Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM); the candidate must reside on company premises. Overnight stay: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Work Location: Autopista Norte Events Center (with availability to reside on-site) We need someone capable of handling diverse maintenance tasks, from minor repairs to more complex projects. Your ability to work with hand and power tools will be essential to ensure all company areas operate optimally. Key Responsibilities: You must be able to perform repairs and maintenance on water and drainage systems. Additionally, your painting experience will help maintain a visually appealing and safe environment.
