Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst with experience in organizational process analysis, control, and optimization—preferably in the manufacturing sector—to strengthen brand image. Required Profile: Industrial Engineering graduate. Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in organizational process analysis, control, and optimization, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Specific experience in production cost analysis, materials control, work-in-process order tracking, and inventory management across all stages (raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods). Knowledge and Skills: Strong expertise in cost and inventory management, as well as continuous improvement and process optimization methodologies. Analytical capability to identify efficiency opportunities and propose solutions that enhance operational performance. Ability to coordinate and manage personnel, along with effective communication across administrative, operational, and logistics departments. Advanced proficiency in office tools—especially Excel and Google Sheets—with emphasis on cloud-based collaborative work. Employment Conditions: Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Only during the first two (2) months, work will also be required on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; thereafter, the schedule will be Monday to Friday only. Salary: $2,500,000–3,000,000 COP, commensurate with experience.
