




Job Summary: Quality analyst with experience in QMS, document control, and quality analysis, responsible for implementing, monitoring, and optimizing processes, training, and supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation and control of the Quality Management System (QMS) 2. Continuous monitoring of complaint processes and improvement opportunities 3. Training, supplier support, and documentary verification of products 1. Carry out and support the implementation and creation process of new documents (procedures, instructions, forms, etc.) belonging to the QMS. 2. Ensure proper document control of documents forming part of the QMS. 3. Control the use of current versions of QMS documentation. 4. Perform continuous monitoring of the performance of the quality and service complaint process. 5. Conduct training and capacity-building activities. 6. Actively support the organization’s supplier management process. 7. Evaluate results of self-inspection processes conducted to ensure compliance with good storage, transportation, and documentation practices. 8. Identify and report deviations and/or improvement opportunities arising from operational anomalies, audits, customer complaints, and QMS processes, for timely documentation and reporting of corrective and preventive actions, thereby optimizing operational performance and ensuring compliance with QMS process and management indicators. 9. Ensure non-conformities, CAPAs, quality investigations, and planned deviations are completed within established timelines, with timely follow-up. 10. Ensure input and updating of quality department work and control databases for appropriate control and generation of metrics. 11. If required, perform documentary verification of all products received and processed at the Distribution Center and by BD-authorized contract manufacturers, evaluating all quality characteristics established per corresponding procedures to ensure compliance with product specifications1. 12. If required, perform required system transactions to define product status (approval, quarantine, block, rejection, On Hold, etc.)1. 13. Verify correspondence of supporting documents and proper completion according to good documentation practices for various records comprising the QMS. 14. Provide support and assistance to departments requesting quality department support. 15. Support tracking of global hold and recall notifications. 16.
