




Position Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Analyst with accounting knowledge to manage banking transactions, prepare financial reports, and monitor accounts receivable. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of banking transactions and balances 2. Preparation of key reports for financial management 3. Monitoring and reconciliation of accounts receivable We require an experienced Treasury Analyst with accounting knowledge — a Technology Graduate or University Student in at least the third semester of related programs such as Public Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or International Trade — to perform the following duties: Daily recording of transactions conducted in each bank account, including deposits, withdrawals, debits, and credits. Daily consultation of bank balances and submission of reports to the Administrative & Financial Management. Preparation and submission for approval by the Administrative & Financial Management of the following reports: customer accounts receivable; customer retention guarantees; update report on the company’s banking liability balances. Maintaining the department’s general file strictly organized. Reviewing accounts receivable and submitting a weekly report on: monitoring and payment scheduling by customers for invoicing and retention guarantees. Making follow-up calls to customers to reconcile accounts receivable. Recording customer payments received in the accounting system for: advances, invoicing, and retention guarantees. Recording amortizations and tax discounts applied by customers on each invoice in the accounting system to prevent open entries. Requesting the Accounting Coordinator’s approval (Vo.Bo.) and the Administrative & Financial Management’s approval for treasury-related entries. Supporting the Administrative & Financial Management in tasks required during the accounting process. Gathering required information for loan applications with banking institutions. Accrual of advance liquidations. Monitoring company import activities.
