Maintenance of a safe working environment A renowned company in the construction sector is looking for a Construction Director who fulfills the following responsibilities: Main Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities of the project. - Ensure schedule compliance, progress monitoring, and timely delivery of construction deliverables. - Verify that construction execution complies with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. - Perform budgetary control and ensure efficient use of material and human resources. - Prepare periodic progress reports for management and other involved departments. - Resolve technical and operational problems arising during project execution. Responsibilities: - Achievement of project time, cost, and quality targets. - Effective leadership and management of the construction team. - Coordination with third-party inspectors (interventoría), designers, suppliers, and public entities. - Maintenance of a safe working environment compliant with legal regulations. - Timely reporting of progress, deviations, and additional requirements. Requirements: - Education: Civil Engineer / Construction Architect / Civil Constructor - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Director - Proficiency in Sinco / Excel / Word / AutoCAD / PowerPoint. - Organized individual with strong leadership skills, achievement orientation, assertiveness, effective communication, good interpersonal relationships, negotiation ability, and conflict resolution skills.
