




TRES CIMAS, an architecture firm, is seeking a BRAND COORDINATOR for Medellin or Bogotá: Act as the focal point between the client and internal operations, ensuring successful planning, management, and execution of corporate and/or commercial projects, guaranteeing client expectations, quality standards, and budgetary control. Key Responsibilities Client Communication: Maintain smooth and professional communication with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into internal requirements for the work team. Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation through to final delivery. Budget Control: Manage and monitor the budget for each project, identifying and addressing potential variances to ensure profitability. Operational Coordination: Lead and coordinate the management of suppliers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring agreed timelines and quality are met. Profile Requirements Academic Qualification: Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (certified). Bilingual English (oral and written fluency) Minimum Experience: 4 years of certified experience in managing and executing corporate, commercial, and/or retail projects. Key Skills: Client service orientation, supplier negotiation, strategic planning, ability to work under pressure, and management of multidisciplinary teams. Other: Willingness to travel.
