The purpose of the role is to provide telephone and written customer support, manage requests, inquiries, and cases, ensuring a positive experience and effective results. **Responsibilities** * Handle incoming and outgoing calls (Spanish and English) * Respond to chats and emails * Record and track cases in the assigned platform * Manage customer inquiries and requests (PQRS) * Ensure courteous, efficient, and professional service **Requirements** * B2 or higher level of English (spoken and written) – proficiency test required * Completed high school diploma (mandatory) * Minimum of **6 months** experience in call center or customer service (preferred) * Basic knowledge of office software tools * Good diction, writing skills, and service orientation * Availability for rotating shifts / weekends (as applicable) **We offer** * Salary \+ Commissions * Transportation and/or connectivity allowance depending on work modality * Opportunity for growth within the company Job type: Full-time
