Collections Advisors — Indefinite-Term Contract + UNCAPPED Commissions! What will you do in this role? Manage portfolios across different stages: preventive, administrative, and written-off. Contact clients to negotiate effective payment agreements. Apply persuasion strategies for debt recovery. Meet collection targets and performance indicators. What we’re looking for in you Minimum 1 year of verifiable collections experience (mandatory). Experience managing portfolios across various delinquency ranges. Negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult clients. Availability to work on-site. Proactive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills. Income and Benefits Base salary: COP $1,750,905 + statutory benefits On-site attendance bonus: COP $160,000 Monthly uncapped performance-based commissions The better your performance, the higher your income!
