BIC, the first financial institution certified as a B Corporation, is seeking a QA Engineer Job Objective: Ensure the quality and performance of critical 24/7 systems. Requirements: • Engineering or related field. Specialization in Testing/DevOps is desirable. • 5+ years in QA. 2+ years in advanced automation. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy aligned with business objectives and the criticality of 24/7 support systems. • Test planning: Create detailed test plans, effort estimations, and test schedules for complex projects. • Risk analysis: Identify critical areas, define test priorities, and establish acceptance criteria based on business impact. Automation and Frameworks .
