**Social club located in a rural area north of Bogotá**, is currently seeking a **Head Waiter** with excellent personal presentation, service attitude, communication skills, and teamwork abilities. **Requires 1 year of experience in waiter positions or related roles, and customer service experience in reputable clubs, hotels, and restaurants.** We are looking for a proactive, dynamic individual with strong operational leadership capabilities, outstanding interpersonal relationship management, and a focus on delivering high-quality service to our members and guests. **Job Objective:** Coordinate and supervise the food and beverage service team within the club, ensuring personalized, efficient, and high-quality service for members and guests. Ensure compliance with service protocols, proper setup execution, and diner satisfaction, guaranteeing an experience consistent with the club’s standards of excellence and exclusivity. **Profile Requirements:** * Academic background: High school graduate and/or university student. * Knowledge in: Customer service, operation of systems and payment terminals, basic table and dining room etiquette. * Valid food handling certificate. **Responsibilities:** · Carry out and supervise the opening and setup of the assigned work station. · Verify cleanliness and condition of the work station and equipment under their responsibility. · Address inquiries from members, guests, and internal clients promptly and courteously. · Set up special events. · Verify proper product rotation according to the assigned location. · Complete order control forms, inventory and sales reports as required by the assigned station. · Request necessary materials to perform job duties. · Process customer orders. · Close the work station if assigned a specific point. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Working Conditions:** * **Contract type:** Fixed-term * **Work schedule:** Wednesday through Sunday with two weekdays off: MONDAY AND TUESDAY. * **Payment method:** Biweekly * **Salary:** 2\.045\.080 * **Other benefits:** Statutory benefits, social security, institutional benefits, tips, and access to cafeteria (meals) Position type: Full-time
