Job Description **Role:** * Monitoring Analyst **Requirements:** **Education Level:** * Education: Technical or Technological degree in Systems, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Experience: Six (6) months or more in roles related to **Infrastructure Monitoring, Technical Support, or Incident Management.** **Knowledge and Skills:** * **Intermediate Linux.** * **Basic SQL.** * **Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, SIEM, etc.).** * **Infrastructure tools (PuTTY, WinSCP, SQLDeveloper, Dbeaver, SSH connection via key).** * **ITIL (incidents, problems, SLA).** * **Basic infrastructure (Windows and Linux servers, networks, VPN, databases, OCI, AWS).** * **Ticketing systems (FreshDesk, ServiceNow, OTHERS or similar).** **Special Requirements:** * **Availability to work rotating shifts and on weekends as required.** * **Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.** * **This position requires a candidate with strong work ethics, capable of thriving in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.** * **The ability to work both collaboratively and independently is essential.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor the company’s technology platforms (Database Servers, Tomcat Servers, Apache Servers, batch processes, backups, service availability) using available monitoring tools to identify failures and outages. * Detect alerts and anomalies in platform operations (infrastructure, applications, databases, networks, etc.) and generate corresponding reports. * Immediately notify responsible teams. * Log incidents and alerts in ticketing systems, ensuring traceability, proper prioritization, and escalation. * Track resolution of reported incidents, verifying compliance with service level agreements (SLA). * Submit daily reports on monitored services, including availability metrics, recurring incidents, and response times. * Collaborate with Support and Infrastructure teams to continuously improve monitoring and incident response processes. * Participate in platform stability and continuity testing, reporting findings and improvement opportunities. * Comply with the company’s established security and quality guidelines and support internal and external audits related to platform availability. **What We Offer:** * Development and training plan. * Supplementary benefits plan. * Allowances (Education, Internet). **Working Conditions:** * Work Location: Chía – Cundinamarca. * Work Modality: Hybrid (90% remote – 10% on-site); our offices remain available for those who prefer to work on-site. * Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. * Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience.
