At SQDM, we are looking for a **Technical QA Leader** to drive the evolution of the quality assurance area by incorporating modern practices in **automation, DevOps, and code quality control**. Your mission will be to define the technical QA strategy, establish standards, select tools, and guide the team in adopting new methodologies. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Design and execute the **technical QA strategy**, integrating automation, code review, and DevOps practices. * Implement **frameworks and automated testing pipelines** (functional, regression, continuous integration, performance, etc.). * Establish **code quality standards** and development best practices together with engineering teams. * Evaluate and adopt **new tools and trends** in QA and CI/CD. * Represent the QA area in **client meetings and pre-sales processes**, providing technical and strategic insights. * Support the team in **adopting agile methodologies** and promote a culture of continuous quality. * Conduct **technical mentorship** and encourage continuous improvement within the QA team. **What are we looking for?** * Professional in **Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields**. * **5+ years of experience** in technical QA or test automation. * **2+ years leading** QA teams or technical QA transformations. * Proven experience in: * Automation: *Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman*. * CI/CD and DevOps: *Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes*. * Code quality: *SonarQube, Linters, Code Review*. * Performance and security testing. * **English B2 or higher** If you are passionate about leading QA transformation from a technical and strategic perspective, we want to hear from you!
