Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Project Proposal Engineer to strengthen our commercial team and support the development of competitive proposals in the electrical sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support customer requirement management and proposal structuring. 2. Prepare and organize technical, commercial, and legal documentation for proposals. 3. Analyze costs and coordinate with departments to consolidate required information. Project Proposal Engineer – Redes Eléctricas S.A. Are you passionate about technical analysis, commercial proposal structuring, and project documentation management? At Redes Eléctricas S.A., we are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Project Proposal Engineer to strengthen our commercial team and support the development of competitive proposals in the electrical sector. What will be your mission? Support external commercial advisors and the Proposal Coordinator in managing customer requirements and structuring proposals. Prepare and organize technical, commercial, and legal documentation for proposal and tender submissions. Analyze material, input, and service costs to build competitive and profitable proposals. Request quotations from suppliers and validate material and service availability. Monitor proposal and tender submission schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with departments such as Commercial, Procurement, and Finance to consolidate required information. Verify that proposals comply with customer requirements, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in proposal development processes. What are we looking for? Technical education in Administrative, Electrical Technology, Electronics, or related fields. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical and commercial proposal structuring, tender document analysis, and material quotation. Knowledge of proposal preparation, commercial documentation, and database management. Skills in planning, organization, customer service, and teamwork. Effective communication and results-oriented mindset.
