The Talent team is interested not only in your skills, experience, and knowledge—but also in your personal values and motivations. We seek women with prior technical, technological, and/or chemical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or related academic backgrounds. No experience required—recent female graduates or students pursuing the aforementioned degrees are welcome. The program will take place on July 2, 2026. Lunch will be provided during the event, and transportation is FREE. You will gain commercial-level knowledge across various areas, including relationship management, dosage, HR recruitment processes, CV creation, assertive communication, interviews, and more.
