Formulate proposals to strengthen the workplace climate At QUICK, we are looking for an Administrative Analyst — a dynamic, organized individual with excellent service orientation, focused on personnel management, administrative processes, and strengthening organizational climate. Responsibilities: • Ensure proper personnel onboarding and offboarding procedures. • Apply and coordinate the company’s internal control system. • Manage leave requests, medical leaves, and other personnel-related updates. • Receive payroll and medical leave-related updates. • Enter personnel updates and perform payroll settlement for the work center. • Report payroll deductions to the accounting department. • Develop and implement occupational welfare policies and plans. • Design strategies to promote welfare programs and activities. • Execute and monitor organizational welfare programs. • Formulate proposals to strengthen the workplace climate. • Generate management reports on welfare activities. Requirements: • Technical or university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. • Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources management, payroll, and welfare processes. • Proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools. • Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork orientation. Working Conditions: • Salary: COP $2,001,600 + connectivity/communications allowance COP $50,000 + fixed mobility allowance COP $350,000 + transportation allowance COP $249,095 + all statutory benefits. • Contract type: Project-based or task-specific contract. • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Half-day on Saturdays. • Work location: Calle 64 G # 90 A - 48.
