Main responsibilities include: \-Preparation of food and hot/cold beverages, sale of bakery products, cash handling, inventory management, organization of the sales point, product distribution, customer service, cleaning, and disinfection. Employment is under a formal labor contract with all statutory benefits, including lunch allowance.
