Dynamic work environment and constant professional challenges Job Description: Quality Assistant Location: Sesquilé, Cundinamarca (Willingness to travel to satellite plants) A prominent plastic manufacturing company located in SESQUILÉ seeks a QUALITY ASSISTANT. We are looking for Technicians or Technologists in Quality, Industrial Processes, Plastic Materials, Metrology, Applied Chemistry for industry, or related fields. Essential Requirements Education: Technical or technological degree in Food Quality Control or similar. Experience: 1+ years handling inspection processes, sampling, and measurements on plastic products (preferably bottles, caps, and preforms). Corporate internship experience is considered. Mobility: Must be available to travel and have means/ease of transportation across the organization’s various satellite plants as required. Schedule: Full availability to work ROTATING SHIFTS. Responsibilities Perform rigorous quality measurements and controls on plastic products. Ensure raw materials and finished products comply with technical data sheets and required specifications. Carry out material approvals and holds strictly adhering to quality standards. Travel between different sites or satellite plants to guarantee standardization of the quality process. Collaborate closely with the production team to prevent process deviations. Technical Knowledge Metrology and use of precision measuring instruments. Material approval and rejection techniques.
