




We are seeking a proactive, organized, and dynamic Procurement Assistant capable of quickly adapting to various tasks and supporting the company’s order receipt and inventory processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receive and verify orders placed by the procurement department, ensuring that received quantities, references, and conditions match those requested. * Conduct quality control checks upon goods receipt, verifying condition, expiration dates, specifications, and compliance with requirements. * Register purchase invoices in the system, ensuring accuracy, order, and traceability. * Prepare and dispatch products or supplies to various company locations, ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery. * Maintain up-to-date supplier records, including quotations, price lists, technical documents, and other relevant information. * Perform random inventory counts across all assigned areas to validate stock levels, identify discrepancies, and support inventory control. * Archive administrative documentation and reports related to invoices, deliveries, inventories, and suppliers. * Track internal and external orders until final delivery, confirming adherence to agreed timelines and conditions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Basic office software proficiency * Logistics (related to procurement) * BPM (Food handling and preservation) * Inventory management **WE OFFER:** * Indefinite-term employment contract directly with the company. * Opportunities for learning and professional development.
