Job Summary: FENICIA CONSTRUCTORES S.A.S. seeks a Civil Engineer or Architect to prepare, analyze, and control project cost structures, ensuring budgetary accuracy and resource optimization. Collaborate on technical planning and input management. **ABOUT THE POSITION** FENICIA CONSTRUCTORES S.A.S. is seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience in budgeting and cost control. We seek a candidate with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic vision—capable of ensuring the financial viability of our projects from the planning stage through execution. **Position Objective** To prepare, analyze, and control project cost structures, ensuring budget accuracy, resource optimization, and technical support during procurement and purchasing stages. Functions and Responsibilities * Budget Preparation: Perform detailed calculations of direct and indirect costs for construction and urban development projects. * Unit Price Analysis (UPA): Structure and continuously update UPAs, considering productivity, materials, equipment, and labor. * Quantities of Work: Perform take-offs and quantity calculations from architectural and structural drawings (AutoCAD/BIM). * Cost Control: Monitor budget performance by analyzing deviations between baseline budget and actual incurred costs. * Financial Reports: Generate periodic projected cash flow reports and cost status reports for management. * Progress Payments and Certificates: Technically review and validate progress payment certificates and certificates of additional/reduced quantities submitted by site supervision. Technical Planning and Control * Budget–Schedule Integration: Collaborate in defining investment flows based on the master schedule in Microsoft Project. * Input Management: Forecast material and supply requirements according to scheduled construction progress. * Risk Analysis: Identify market price fluctuations that may affect project profitability and propose mitigation strategies. **Requirements** * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years specifically in budgeting and cost control (verifiable). * Knowledge: Solid experience in urban development and housing projects. * Software: Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas), Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and specialized budgeting software (e.g., Opus, Presto, or Sinco). **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. * Salary: $3,100,000 + Transportation allowance + Statutory benefits. * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–5:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–4:00 PM. * Workplace: Technical / Administrative Office. **RESIDENCE LOCATION** Preferably in **Sabana Norte:** Cajicá, Chía, or Zipaquirá.
