**Creativa Digital E\-Commerce (Boutique)** **Bogotá** 100% in-person We are seeking a **Digital Creative** with a commercial focus to lead the development and growth of our **MEB Boutique** on the digital channel. The role will be responsible for daily online store operations, creation of commercial content, and sales optimization, all aligned with the brand’s style and essence. **Key Responsibilities** \- End-to-end management of the online store **(Tienda Nube):** product listing, pricing, inventory, and shopping experience. \- Creation of **AI-generated images** and visual content for products, launches, and promotions. \- Sales tracking, conversion analysis, abandoned cart monitoring, and identification of best-selling products. \- Inventory control and support in planning restocks and collections. \- Use of **AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, or others)** for copywriting, creative ideas, image generation, and commercial optimization. \- Proposal of commercial improvements: promotions, bundles, visuals, and copy. **Required Profile** Technical, technological, or university degree in digital marketing, design, e\-commerce, or related fields. Proven experience in e\-commerce and managing Tienda Nube. Creative, organized, commercially minded, and results-oriented. **We Offer** **Contract:** Fixed-term. **Salary:** Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) \+ all statutory benefits \+ web sales bonuses. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Two days off per week.
