




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineering professional with experience in coordinating and supervising industrial maintenance and operations to manage teams, budgets, and continuous improvement projects. Environment where leadership and autonomy are valued. **Main Responsibilities:** * Main responsibilities * Ensure execution of the maintenance program across all facilities and equipment. * Coordinate and supervise operational staff, ensuring quality and compliance. * Manage the department’s budget and prepare administrative reports for decision-making. * Supervise suppliers and contractors, ensuring service standards. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations. * Lead procurement management for supplies and spare parts. * Implement continuous improvement actions to reduce recurring failures and optimize operations. **Required Profile:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields focused on industrial maintenance. **Specific Professional Experience:** Minimum of 3 years or more of experience directly related to coordination or supervision of industrial maintenance and/or operations. Preferred experience in Horizontal Property. **Experience in Similar Roles Such As:** * Minimum *3 years or more* in coordination or supervision of industrial maintenance and/or operations. * Operations Coordinator * Maintenance Coordinator * Maintenance Manager * Maintenance Supervisor.
