Therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the Production Operator position, requiring the following profile: Requirements:* High school diploma or technical degree in related fields. * Specific knowledge as a production operator, preferably in the metal-mechanical industry, including use of electric tools, knowledge of welding processes, and product storage. * Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage. * Basic knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, and of Identification of Environmental Aspects and Impacts associated with own activities. Responsibilities:* Receipt of production orders. * Compliance with quality parameters and other specifications for finished products. * Organization and cleanliness of the workstation. * Reporting to the immediate supervisor any conditions and/or anomalies encountered (machinery, tools, raw materials) during work execution. * Conducting daily pre-operational inspections of machinery and tools. Ensure correct use of machinery, tools, and other supplied resources. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).* Optimize the use of raw materials and other supplied resources. Package and store finished products according to their characteristics. Report any non-conformities to the immediate supervisor to enable timely intervention.* Meet established KPIs for the position. * Reporting of unsafe conditions and acts. * Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
