In **2024**, Sika’s approximately **33,000 employees** generated annual sales of **CHF 11,760 million**. **Job Description** **OBJECTIVE** Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, Trading; Intercompany goods, equipment, spare parts, and services—meeting quality standards, optimal pricing, and favorable commercial terms, always adhering to the Company’s established guidelines. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the end-to-end procurement and purchasing process (planning, quotation, negotiation, acquisition, tracking, and delivery). * Conduct supplier searches, analyze and compare quotations, and prepare comparative tables to support decision-making. * Develop and implement sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements. * Lead supplier negotiation processes to secure competitive and sustainable commercial terms. * Identify opportunities for long-term agreements and draft negotiation briefs aligned with business needs. * Administer and control documentation associated with procurement and negotiation processes, ensuring traceability and compliance. * Monitor and ensure adherence to corporate policies, standards, and guidelines across sourcing processes. * Track performance indicators, cost savings achieved, and process cycle times, proposing continuous improvement actions. * Manage supplier performance, including quality monitoring, resolution of claims, and assurance of reliable supply sources. **Requirements** **EDUCATION** Bachelor’s degree in administrative or engineering disciplines (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical). **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE** Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Familiarity with ISO 45001. Regulatory requirements applicable to hazardous material transportation, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and emergency response cards. **RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE** More than two years of experience in international and/or local procurement, negotiation, supplier evaluation, and ERP system usage.
